Really nice beachfront hotel. Huge pool. Decent restaurant. Good breakfast. Massive bed with very thick mattress, just perfect.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! Everything was 10/10. The room had all the necessary conditions for a comfortable stay, with a beautiful balcony where you could enjoy the view of the sea and the pool. The atmosphere was very peaceful, with no noise. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure that everything was okay. Breakfast was rich, with many options to choose from. We will definitely come back again!

The staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect, only a few meters from the ocean! The breakfast was enormous with a high variation of different dishes. We highly recommend to stay at Palace Hotel & SPA. We will for sure choose this hotel again!

Where do I begin? I have stayed at many hotels in the past, but the service I was provided at the Grand Duka is honestly the best! This hotel ticks every box! Location-wise wise it is so close to everything! The Beach, Nightlife, Bars, & Restaurants were walking distance away (cabs to and from the hotel and bars were relatively cheap as well). The hotel is absolutely beautiful, it's modern, minimalistic, with a neutral tone that flows through the property. Rooms are just as impressive, they were so clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great too- so many people asked me where I was staying! The spa & wellness centre was well-kept and very clean! All of the gym equipment worked properly, and they had a variety of machines to choose from. The spa facilities were a great way to relax (I spent a lot of time in there!) The restaurant and bar were great, and the breakfast menu had lots of variety to choose from! The dinner options were well-made and delicious! The bar and bar staff were great, providing great customer service & recommending drinks (my favourite was the Aperol Spritz!) The staff are some of the friendliest and helpful people I have come across when staying at a hotel - they greeted us with a smile every day, they made excursion recommendations for us to make the most of our holiday, and they would always ask if there was anything they could do to help! I would like to give a special shout-out to Anisa, the Marketing Manager; she was amazing, such a lovely lady, and super friendly! We were celebrating my Sister's 23rd birthday, she went over and above to help make sure it was special, assisting with getting special decorations, planning the surprise, and the cake! Honestly, Grand Duka was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! If I ever find myself back in Durrës I know exactly where I'll be staying!

Absolutely one of the best hotels it tirana. The view, the hotel itself were just perfect.

The bedroom was great size, clean and bed was comfy. Amazing view of the sea. Breakfast was good. Resturant food very good. The reception staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. The Housekeeping staff were excellent too. Room was always kept clean with clean towels etc and water given daily and again any issues were dealt with no problems. I dont think there was a time day or night when multiple people were not cleaning.. I even saw the Housekeeping manager cleaning too. One of, if not the best hotel stays i've had.
