The entire experience at the hotel was exceptionally good, the room was amazing (far better in all aspects from other hotel rooms we've stayed in). We celebrated our 25 th wedding anniversary anniversary at the Jaffa hotel. We are from Tel Aviv and familiar with their restaurant. The experience was excellent. We had a great time there. The service was great. Alex from the desk gave us the highest quality of service that is possible and made everything magical. It’s nice to see all the staff in the hotel and in the restaurant with uniforms. The room was specious, modern and well equipped. They even served us with Halloween cocktails. Breakfast was served at the hall and was delicious. We even took a yoga lesson at the beautiful chapel. We and our guests were very pleased.

This is luxury 5 stars hotel located in central part of Tel Aviv. Right across main entrance there is a grocery supermarket, also large shopping mall just few steps away. 5 min. walking to train station, stop name is Hashalom. We have free upgrade to studio room which was large with large bathroom. They have free pastry and juices at reception desk in the afternoon, not sure if due to Shabbat.We have stayed Friday and Saturday. Compare to other similar class hotels relation price to quality was excellent.
