The property is very close to Dambulla, but still in a very quiet place surrounded by the nature. The room was big, comfortable and well designed and furnished. The food was excellent too and the people working there has been lovely! A shame we only spent one night there.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at home. Every member of the staff went out of their way to make our stay special — always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The atmosphere was serene and inviting, and every detail seemed designed to ensure comfort and relaxation. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly cozy. The common areas were equally lovely — ideal for both moments of peace and time together as a family. This hotel has been the best in every possible way, the property the amazing service, the food. It’s way more than what I expected. The management Mr Dibusha and Mr Ashan along with their amazing staff specially Champika, Ishan, Sanuja, Chef Mr Fernando (I missed out few names, as I couldn’t remember them all they all were beyond great and helpful) went out of their way to make sure our stay was taken care of and provided so many complimentary services. The spa, pool, rooms and restaurants all were beyond my expectations a beautiful land with lushes greenery. The whole entire staff are sure everything about our stay was taken care of and was kind enough to arrange for a run til ride for excursions felt taken care of so very well in every aspect. The food variety was great and so many exotic fruits from Sri Lanka were available which gave us the opportunity to taste so many local flavors. I feel this is best hotel in all above mentioned ways that I’ve been to. I visited the r property as I was holding a retreat for 4 ladies, they made sure that everything was taken care of at all times and was really safe too. Thanks to everyone in the hotel had the best get away so far. Mr Dinusha’s management skills shines through everyone in the hotel. And you get to see beautiful wildlife like peacocks, monkeys and more in the property which is also a great experience. All in all so very well greatful to everyone in the hotel for making it a wonderful experience.

We spent 2 weeks traveling around Sri Lanka and this was our favorite place to stay. It was an incredible room with high ceilings, AC, ceiling fan, clean bathroom, great location, amazing food, and an amazing host. We were able to do our laundry there as well. The location was perfect for safaris as well as Sigiriya Rock and Dambulla. Did I mention how great the food was? Don't hesitate to stay here. It's a special place.

One of the most tranquil and peaceful stays of our travels so far. Everything about this property was outstanding - the staff and the service , the room which was spacious with comfortable and huge bed , plunge pool and overlooking greenery , spacious and huge bathroom . We had booked the stay which included their Ayurvedic doctor and treatment and it was heavenly. Top notch quality and very peaceful. Note that the Ayurvedic Center closes at 4pm and rightly so. Would advice to choose full board ( breakfast , lunch and dinner) and opt for Ayurvedic food ( if you prefer vegetarian) . The food was clean , light , local and tasty. We also saw a peacock in the morning right beside our room. The team also provided us very good tips on the time we should visit the lion rock ( for sunrise to avoid crowds) and helped us book a safari to the Kaudulla national park which was one of the highlights of our stay. The property is built on over 70 acres and gives you the green , lush, expansive feel. Thank you to the staff - Chandana ( manager) , praveen , Hasitana ( the chef) and the two people who served breakfast. Everyone serves with a smile and a peaceful demeanour . I had also shared that it was my partners birthday ( a few hours before arriving) and they had made such nice birthday arrangements ( balloons , cake , room decor ). We will surely refer this place to our friends and family and be back here for sure .
