The history of the riad and its construction was so interesting and eye-opening on the beauty and the details one can find on Moroccan craftsmanship. Moufid was an exceptional host, and came to meet us to take us to the Riad. The Riad looks exactly as described. It's spotlessly clean, feels luxurious and grand. We arrived a little late and didn't want a big dinner. Moufid prepared a light dinner for us which was perfect. He took time to explain things to us, offered us tea when we arrived, gave us tips about the Medina and was on hand to answer any questions we had while out and about. Everything about our stay was amazing. Moufid even upgraded our room which was really kind. We were tired so spent our night just relaxing and the riad was quiet, even through the night we weren't disturbed by noise. We are vegan and Moufid was very caring and attentive to that, which was appreciated. We had a driver to take care of us, so we didn't walk around too much on our own, so I can't comment much on location and accessibility. We would definitely stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palais de Fes, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty and grandeur of the riad. The stunning architecture and intricate design of the building made me feel like I was transported to another time and place. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of the medina from my room. Waking up each morning to the sight of the bustling city below was an incredible way to start the day. And in the evenings, the view was just as stunning, as the lights of the medina twinkled in the distance. Another wonderful aspect of my stay was the butler who set up the fireplace inside my room. It was such a cozy and inviting touch, and made my stay even more comfortable and luxurious. The butler was always attentive and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. But perhaps the most memorable part of my stay was the dinner set up on my own private terrace. The food was absolutely delicious, and the setting was truly magical. As I dined under the stars, surrounded by the stunning views of the city, I felt like I was in a dream. Overall, I cannot recommend the Palais de Fes highly enough. From the beautiful surroundings to the attentive service and luxurious amenities, every aspect of my stay was top-notch. I look forward to the opportunity to return and experience the magic of this incredible riad once again.

The staff are outstanding. Othmane who helped us in all our enquiries and dinner and tour reservations. Imane the riad manager who greeted us every morning and ensured our stay at the road and the excursions were to our satisfaction. We had Yunis, Rida and Abdullah serving us. The riad is in the Medina and close to all the attractions. We had Chakib as our tour guide, highly recommend him. Born and bred in Fes, knows his way blind. Only way to do it is with this man. Tour to Meknes/Volubilis organised by the road and our driver Nordinne was excellent Breakfast and dinner in the riad. Really good food with fresh ingredients every day Did the spa and hammam and the ladies there did an exceptional job The rooftop terrace has outstanding views
