I booked this hotel based on 5 stars but unfortunately it was big shock to us when we arrived this hotel deserve no more then 2 stars.

From the room to the breakfast ending by the swimming pool, everything was good. It is a real 5 stars hotel.

The hotel is very nice and very clean !
The staff are very helpful and you feel that you are staying at a 5 stars hotel.
Special thanks to our room maid Lamiae she took very good care of us during our visit.
And even special thanks to Aya at the restaurant how gave us a wonderful hospitality.
Highly recommend this hotel !!!

Great location of the hotel. The staff were very polite and accommodating. Better hotel than some claiming to be 5 stars!
Hotel location makes life easier. Rooftop restaurant/bar was cool.. very nice setting up there!
Food in the restaurant quite expensive but decent.
Breakfast was good, i would have loved some mushrooms or some English breakfast (fried sausages instead of cooked in tomatoes)
Maybe make shakes Houma with peppers or frittatas.
