Everything from start to finish was perfect! Could not fault the service, location and comfort. We were a family of four with our two sons (3 and under) and they had an incredible time. Oh my goodness where do I even start?! What a stunning hotel. I felt like a 5 star princess from the moment I landed to my very last day. The staff is so kind and helpful. Their energy is warm and loving. The facilities are modern and fantastic. The restaurant has great food. Oh my goodness the buffet breakfast??? I wanted to cry every morning cause of how good it was. Everything about Shangri La Boracay was perfect! Lovely, comfortable, spacious, clean villa. Views were stunning, service was great. Little touches in our villa made us feel special and welcomed upon arrival. Lots of fun activities for our 3 kids as well. Thank you so much having us!

In terms of price and quality, this was the best place for us. It was close to the sea, clean, a large room with a balcony, and a delicious breakfast for Boracay (it's hard to find tasty food in Boracay). You can swim in the pool in the evening when it's already dark, and the staff is polite.
