What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming & always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic stay & I would definitely return in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two recent stays at the Mondrian. The rooms were in top shape and very well thought out, with excellent lighting and cutting-edge features, like the window and lighting controls. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the rainforest shower in the bathroom very relaxing. The splendid view of the harbor and skyline was an added plus on both occasions. Above all, we were impressed by the dedication, friendliness and personal approach of all the staff we dealt with; what a delight! In particular, the duty manager provided excellent advice and came up with a nice birthday surprise for my partner. We have travelled a lot and stayed at nice hotels all over the world, but we would rank the Hongkong Mondrian among the top.
