I extended my stay twice because I feel at home. The Riad is really beautiful and clean. The suite number 2 is huge and exquisite. The staff is exceptionally caring and very professional. I watched Mustafa, Meryeme, and Kenza go out of their way to cater to all the guests. I am still here because I love it.

She helped me at the time of troubleshooting too. Mohammad at the Moroccan restaurant was a great host & the lady at the room service desk was prompt & very helpful. I would like to congratulate the group for the amazing staff.

Everything was perfect. The staffs were super nice and kind(especially Muhammad, thanks!). The hotel staff picked me up when I arrived, and took me to the meeting point on my last day going to another city. Fes medina is not an easy place to find a way, so it was very helpful! (Other hotels don’t do that unless you pay more). My room was pretty big, and the facilities were in a good condition. The location couldn’t be better.
