The room provided was really clean and big enough..tv and ac were working superbly ...clean towels were provided during the stay...bed is really comfortable..and cozy....the front desk lady was also very helpful...and the rest of the staff is polite as well ...would recommend anyone to stay here...be a family or a solo traveller it's a value for money place

I arrived in the hotel at 2 am, but the night shift receptionist was so kind and lovely, so I finally got a good night rest after all the traffic from the airport. The location is excellent cause it’s in a quiet alley and not far to the city center. Trust me in Kolkata you don’t wanna stay close to busy streets where all the crazy drivers are honking the horns to compete the loudness 😂😂😂 The hotel gives 5 kinds of options for breakfast, I chose two made by the close Indian restaurant “Banana leaf” and it was super yummy. All staff in the hotel was kind and helpful, which is the best quality of this hotel. I don’t find it easy to have a hotel like this.
