Everything about the hotel was great. Nice big pool with hot tub next to it. Bell hop service. Bar and grill. Fine dining restaraunt with special holiday meals. Daily breakfast buffet. Most of the staff was nice, friendly, and attentiitive.

Self check-in with the QR code was a breeze, and it was great not having to carry physical key cards. I really appreciated the complimentary early check-in. The room was spotless, and the bed was clean and very comfortable to sleep on.

Everything. The room was lovely, the lighting under bed that came on at night to help you navigate was a super idea. The bathroom with separate water closet and giant shower were fabulous. Loved the resort style pool too. The restaurant was outstanding on main level and rooftop bar was special. Great location.

The staff was exceptional, everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. The location was great, easy to get to Beale St, The Peabody to see the ducks, and local restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is in an older building and they have done a great job preserving some of the vintage feel. The garage is on site and easy to get in and out of.
