Friendly staff, late check-in possible, brand new room/bathroom, very clean, nice view from the balcony (see picture), free parking on property, good wifi, drinks for purchase, Euro accepted for payment, breakfast delivered to room (basic but good: eggs, veggies, bread, coffee, juice). Good value for money. More like a homestay than a common hotel.

Shkodra Guest House is the best. Location is 4min walk from bus station and 6min walk to main centre. Rooms are very clean with everything you need. The vibe is very homely and cozy. Best of all, Redi and his staff quickly take care of any issues. They provide transportation to and from Valbona/Theth/Konami Lake with pick up right at front door and can watch your bags for a tiny fee. I had to last minute change my return date and book a room and Redi accommodated my needs. They even hung dry my clothes for me when my bag got soaked in the rain. That’s customer service! Highly recommend!!!

The location of the property. The family who manages the guesthouse are super friendly and helpful. They catered to our every wish and helped us with everything. The location of the guesthouse is perfectly away from the crowded place but still in a critical location with access to few restaurants and pubs. Location was amazing, close to where everything was happening but at the same time quiet to sleep. Our host was absolutely fabulous. Really friendly and attentive, always available. The room was nothing too fancy but for the price we paid was more than enough. Anyway I was there just to take a quick shower and sleep. I would definitely go back there if I ever visit Shkodra again
