Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

We were literally very warmly welcome into this authentic home after a freezing bicycle ride in the mountains. Great hospitality of the family with delicious dinner and breakfast in a modest but comfortable house made this a high point in the adventure, that would otherwise be an very cold night in a tent. We checked in quickly and without any problems after 6 PM. The quality of the furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures in the room was excellent — much better than what we usually see in similar places. There are two spacious shared kitchens (one inside and one outside), fully equipped with everything needed, which was very convenient. The outdoor area is beautiful: quiet, full of greenery, with lawns, a garden, benches, tables, and even gazebos where it’s very pleasant to sit in the shade or enjoy breakfast. There are also barbecue facilities in the yard, which is a great addition. The location is close enough to Lake Sevan to reach it on foot, and the Norashen Reserve is also nearby, but it’s best visited by car.

One of the best guesthouses we have stayed in in our many travels! The hosts were super nice and the food they cooked for us was amazing. The room was super clean and cute. And a cute cat :-) It may seem lost in the middle of nowhere, but it is worth the detour!
