The family who runs Noy are the loveliest, friendliest people. Although they only speak a little English, they made a huge effort to welcome us and help with any questions. They even let us to do our laundry free of charge using their washing machine and dryer. We stayed mid-week and had a huge loft room that was excellent value for the price, which we were able to pay on credit card (something many guesthouses in Armenia don’t offer). Breakfast was simple but ample and tasty. The location is a bit out of town in a quiet neighborhood, but we didn’t mind walking the 10 to 15 mins as it gave us some exercise.

Very good new hotel. Fresh repair, new equipment and plumbing. There is an air conditioner that works very well. There are all necessary hotel accessories. The owner of the hotel was very kind and ready to help with any question. There was a possibility of flexible check-in and check-out.

It was a beautiful stay. The breakfast was excellent! Gayane was very kind, and so was her husband. She prepared everything homemade and delicious! The place has a beautiful garden with fruit trees and the dining room is adorably decorated. We were very happy to have stayed at this beautiful place. 100% recommendable!

The hotel was clean and had beautiful mountain views, making our stay very enjoyable. What impressed us the most was Gayane — she was so kind and attentive, and it felt like she was doing the work of several people all by herself.
