I normally don’t give high ratings, but this property is worth it. Everything is so clean and spotless. The room has many little details to make you feel at home. The bed was very comfortable and allowed me rest and sleep well after a day of meetings. The breakfast was amazing and the have a lot for choice. I had to leave very early and my breakfast was prepared and delivered into the room regardless of the time. The hosts were very attentive and made sure my needs were met. These guys could teach a thing or two about hospitality to a lot of hotels. I will definitely come back again.

It's great value for money. It's super clean, the room is spacious, and the breakfast was more than good. Also we had to change the arrival plans multiple times, and the staff had no issues with that, they accommodated all our requirements. The staff is also very pleasant and nice. We're loved it here! If I come back to Brussels, I'll be staying here again.

The place is well-located, walking distance (with a suitcase) from De Brouckère Metro Station, in a quiet street, in a quiet house. It's actually organised as an hotel so in fact you see the owner only the day of the check-in. The place is perfectly clean and the facilities are cleaned at least once a day so it's alway immaculate. Keep in mind bathroom is Shared but there has been no issue at all except waiting 40 minutes on Sunday morning.

Amazing hosts! Very helpful and great personality. The apartment was clean, cosy and warm. Great location, easy to get to the city centre by public transport. Grocery shops around. Highly recommend!

it was a beautiful room, with a great view and the location was simply excellent. it was easy to find and the instructions on how to get in through the gate and to the room were very clear and easy to follow. The bed was so comfy and it felt really luxurious, it was just what I needed for my night in Brussels. perfect place to wind down in comfort.
