A truly elegant and cozy place. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a large bathroom. The staff was really kind, and the parking area is generous, featuring two chargers for electric cars. The bed was comfortable, and the location is just a 10-minute drive from the beach. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

The location is perfect. It's on a quiet street and walkable to the centre of old town. The apartment itself is modern and clean with all the amenities provided. I appreciated the coffee machine in the room. Made for a great start to the day. The room is large with plenty of natural light, I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Residence 9 Bruges.

There is a lot written about the property itself. Its high standard, ideal location, furnishings with taste.... All this is true, the photos reflect the property 100%. What's more - if you think you forgot something - don't worry, you will definitely find it on the spot. Nina has already thought about it. But while the property is important, it's not the most important thing. The most important thing is Nina and Frank's service. Their help in every situation, every time you think it's impossible, they will do everything to make it possible. I've traveled quite a bit and many times memories of a successful stay were obliterated by terrible service. In renting, it's a matter of trust. You rent not only a comfortable apartment, but also the comfort of feeling safe, understood and satisfied. You can be sure that with Nina and Frank nothing will disappoint your expectations. They understand very well what business is all about, that good business should be strived for, is made up of people, through great service and great relationships Thank you for everything. If I ever have the opportunity to return, I will definitely choose the same people and the same place again. Beautiful are the city, the apartment, the people.

My wife and I stayed there as part of our honeymoon. Astrid that owns the place is a very kind person and a wonderful host. We enjoyed out time in Brussels so much, and are grateful to Astrid for sharing all her knowledge of the local area and the many recommendations she gave. They were fantastic. The other guest at the place were all very kind and we had a thrill at the morning breakfast were we learned just how much hot sauce will bring people together.. Thanks John. We are both vegetarians and Astrid simply changed the breakfast to our needs and served an delicious cousin. Furthermore we were amazed by how easy quality food were to come by in Brussels. This was a Medieval dream realised after years of waiting to visit Bruges. The accommodation absolutely beautiful. Linen gorgeous, bathroom sumptuous, not to mention a dressing room. The age and ambiance of this house is awe inspiring. Our room overlooking the garden and Cathedral was truly heavenly. We had to pinch ourselves to be convinced it was real. Church bells, roses blooming by the garden wall, with an open gate to the canal and Lover’s Bridge. We sat out in the garden with a glass of wine and beer provided by our host, captivated by the boats passing by and happy chatter of tourists. All was quiet by 6.00. Just the sound of water lapping in the canal and church bell chimes. Breakfast materialised like an abundant banquet, with music and art, orchestrated, to please all our senses. David provided us with information about where to have dinner in Bruge and how to find the closest supermarket and tours. I didn’t want to leave and am already planning my next visit there but would stay longer.

Excellent communication, great location, lovely little place tucked just behind Langstraat. It was the hottest weekend of the year so far, but there are plenty of windows and skylights to open and let air through. The shower was great; the loo is downstairs (as it's a coach house type apartment) but that was fine for us. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well ordered and good if you wanted to make your own food, etc. The mezzanine bed was setup on the floor - given the heat we were expecting to do this, so it was great that it was already setup. For a family of two adults and two children under 10, this worked out really well for a weekend. Very much liked the complementary bottles of Zot on arrival! Would recommend!
