Everything. The warm welcome by the owner Ricardo. The chill vibe amongst the guests. The cleaniness of the space is top notch. the kitchen is not big but fully equipped! I love the little terrace that give a nice view of the street and neighbourhood. Located a few minutes walk from the metro, has lots of restaurant around and I feel very safe walking around in the neighbourhood in the evening by myself. We also went to a very interesting (free) walking tour in the neighbourhood, given by Ricardo, who grew up in this neighbourhood laureles. You could feel the level of attention and intention they have put in running this hostel. I stayed for a week and definitely would recommend and come back!

Manuel and Catalina are amazing! They made me feel so welcome, from the group dinner to celebrating Catalina's mom's birthday. They were always available and attentive if I had a question or concern, and even took care of booking my tour to Guatape. It's located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, so it's close enough to all the action without all of the extra noise. When I think of ideal hostel vibes, this place is it!

nice and cozy hostel in a quiet area of medellin. a mall with grocery stores, atm etc is 5 min walk away, and the hostel offers everything a traveller needs: chill out lounges, a shared kitchen, a designated sink to handwash one's laundry. the owner is friendly and welcoming and stored my luggage after checkout.
