Our room was lovely, a good size and the facilities were great. We felt very welcomed straightaway and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked a gorgeous view and we enjoyed some drinks on our little terrace area. We enjoyed a wonderful meal in the evening and everything was perfect. The food was delicious and prepared quickly. We slept very well! The shower was hot and powerful. The next morning at breakfast we were greeted warmly and the breakfast was amazing. So much food was provided and it was all delicious. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Homely atmosphere, family run hotel, owners very helpful and friendly. Room spacious with beautiful view over the valley. We stayed an extra night. Our bikes were really dirty from day's riding before we arrived. When we were leaving in the morning, the owner gave us his high pressure cleaning equipment so we hose the bikes off which was super helpful, thank you.

The kindness of the lady at the reception was wonderful, the rooms were clean and well-kept. There is their restaurant near the hotel, very convenient for a romantic dinner! I recommend it!

Sabine was very welcoming and accommodating. Our room was spacious. Although no breakfast was served, we had a variety of fruit, waffles, coffee/tea making facilities and bottles of water waiting for us. Plenty for an early start in the morning. All kinds of restaurants at walking distance from the guest house, which was very convenient after a 10-hour drive. We'll definitely go back since it's also a beautiful basis for visiting Basel.
