Arrived late after a long day of hiking in rain from Titisee so the kitchen was closed but the owner was very friendly af offered us cheese, fruit ond bread without extra charge. On top of that he prepared the sauna (also for free) at he could see we were cold an tired. The breakfast was also excellent. Overall we can highly recommend this hotel

I had a very relaxing stay at a very charming Black Forest location. The staff were very accomodating. The food was absolutely delicious.

Warm and nice welcoming, comfy, breakfast was nice and you get all you need for your stay. A bit old style place but it's not a problem. Free parking next to the room. English speaking host, very nice people.

WOW... What an experience. Lets start with the room. We booked the Junior Suite and it didnt disappoint us. Everything was right. The views from the two balconies were amazing. Slightly dated decoration but nice and perfectly clean. The bed was perfect. There were bathrobes and yoga mat in the room. Over all great room. It has a decent size pool and a small dry and one small steam sauna. All were good. The breakfast and the dinner were really great. The proprietor of the hotel is also the chef. And he knows how to cook. Big smily guy with good customer relation and great cooking skills. We willl be going back again for a longer stay. Big parking rea to park cars even with electirc charging points. Very quiet place.

It is a beautiful! The family that run the guesthouse is friendly and accommodating. The property is close to the town and hiking trails. The views are lovely. I felt welcomed and very well looked after. Highly recommended!
