I recently had the pleasure of staying at Oia Room in Labin and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional quality of my experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the easy communication I had with the owner. Nino has been incredibly kind and attentive. The location of Oia Room is simply fantastic. It is situated in the central location. Despite being centrally located, the room offered a surprising level of quietness. The interior design of the room exceeded my expectations. The tasteful and stylish decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The pictures truly don't do justice to the beauty and attention to detail found in the room. One of the highlights for me was the lovely backyard terrace: a perfect spot to start my day with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. I also want to mention the super convenient parking arrangement provided at Oia Room. The fact that it was included in the price made my stay even more convenient. I also appreciated the numerous thoughtful touches. From the mini bar stocked with complimentary drinks to the welcoming note and magnet gift, it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered. The commitment to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay was evident.

The breakfsat was super, hosts have a dinner option as well, they make everything by themselfs and most of the food comes direkt from their garden. View from the terrace and garden was spectacular, see is also not far away with the car. Room was very nice, modern and rustical at the same time, really cozy. Would recommend for both couples and familys!

The property is beautiful, the nicest place we stayed in Istria so far. I have travelled a lot and rented plenty of nice homes, but this house has left me speechless, not to mention how Andrea and Matija were amazing hosts. We had a beautiful weekend and for sure, will be back again. Thank you and see you soon!

We spent five days in this beautiful villa, and everything was perfect. The villa is exactly as it appears in the photos. The kitchen appliances are from Siemens and WMF; no expense was spared. Karin and Massimo are available to answer any questions you may have and payment can be made by credit card (you don't have to carry a lot of cash with you). We travel a lot and have stayed in several 5-star hotels, and I can absolutely say that this villa can keep up.

The room is really beautiful, the look down the hill and over the ocean is just wonderfull. Everything is very modern and nicely decorated. The location in the old "town" part is very cool, as well. pizzeria rumore is one of the best in Istria, so is pizzeria Napoli at the square. The Negri family sells award winning olive oil and great wines. All in a couple of minutes by foot. Parking is not a problem: Astrid registered our number plate so we could pass the restricted road and always found a parking lot along the street. Still, watch out where you park as we got two big scratches at the car there. Near the pizzeria there is a little store selling honey and souvenirs. On its left you follow the stairs, turn right twice and find the building 😊

Amazing property at excellent location near restaurants with great view. Great communication with host who welcomed us when we arrived, Common kitchen is equipped with everything that someone can think of for quick and simple snack and coffee. Room is clean, with enough space for two, and amazing bathroom. With two windows there is great amount of natural light (Sun if you are lucky 😁) Everything considered, big recommendation if you are visiting Labin or Rabac.
