The host and hostess are great! I booked the cottage for 2 nights, and trekking on Mount. Batur via the hotel as well. The host provided a acceptable price for trekking services and a great guide for trekking. The host treated us as friends. I got sick on Mount. Batur top and he picked me up from mount foot to hotel. The second day he drove us to the town for lunch and told us great stories about Bali area. Room was clean and great. Always hot water in the room. Driver picked up from Bali airport was not good, but the one who sent us back to Bali airport was great!

We had a motorbike accident and host helped us with first aid, that was very generous and sweet of her. Overall beautiful bugalow at the side of the lake between the mountains. Perfect to escape from the city buzz and have a peaceful relaxation.

The staff are very friendly. The view is awesome both morning and evening. It is a tranquil place to stay in. It is near the volcano and can walk easily from there. They also provide taxi services if the need arises. My friends and I have spent a week there and we're sorry to leave the peaceful ambience.

Fantastic and Fabolous place, the staff very welcome and friendly. The view from the room it's superb facing directly to the mt Batur . The only downside the access to the property. The rest is superb. Definitely will be back again to staying there 5 star definitely
