We stayed here for two nights as we wanted to see the rice fields and nature around. The place was great, and had a great view from the room to the rice fields where we could see the sun rice. Restaurant at the guest house served amazing food and all of the staff were super nice and helped with everything. They also have several tours that they offer around the area, we chose the Nature one guided by Andy, which explained all perfectly: we went to see the rice fields, and all fields in general(chilly, tomato…)waterfalls and monkey forest.

We had the loveliest stay at Mysha Guest house in Tetebatu. The room was beautiful, made by community members with local bamboo. The staff cooked amazing breakfast and dinner for us, with the freshest ingredients from the backyard and the community. Amin was the kindest, funniest and most generous tour guide. He shared knowledge around rice production that has been passed down through generations with us. He also took us to the local market, local waterfall, and to see the local production of bamboo crafts and textiles. Everyone in the community was so generous and welcoming. It was a very authentic Indonesian experience. Terima kasih!

Staying at this bungalow doesn’t feel like being just a guest — it truly feels like becoming part of the family. The family was incredibly warm and welcoming, and I felt at home from the very first moment. I truly enjoyed my stay. The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the rice fields and Mount Rinjani in the distance. The family was always kind and helpful, and the bungalow itself was beautiful and brand new. I would love to come back one day. Thank you for everything!

Awesome location around rice plantation. The room was by far the best I got in my 3 weeks in Indonesia. Everything well cared.

Owner is very friendly. The room is really clean and considering you are almost in the jungle there were no bugs or anything else in the room. Breakfast was amazing.. the best one on Lombok. This is probably the best accomodation you can get in Tetebatu for a really good price.

**Review: A Stay at Opik Homestay** Staying at Opik Homestay is an absolute must for anyone, regardless of age. Opik is not only an exceptional host but also the best guide you could ask for. He introduces you to the sides of Indonesia that you wouldn't typically see as a tourist. One of the highlights was learning about traditional sarong making. We even had the chance to try them on, which was fantastic. Our adventures didn't stop there. We went mountain climbing, visited the monkey forest, and saw how locals weave baskets and bags. I even got to try my hand at weaving, which was an incredible experience. This stay was undeniably the highlight of our entire vacation in Bali and Lombok. The food at Opik Homestay is delicious, and the accommodation is both clean and beautiful. We will definitely return, but next time for a longer stay. Beyond the wonderful experiences, we have also gained a friend. Thank you, Opik, for everything!

The staff and hospitality were so nice, welcoming and incredibly helpful. The location is amazing with beautiful views of the rice fields and mountain, and within walking distance to monkey Forrest and water falls. Food was all freshly sourced and delicious.

Amazing staff . We stayed for 10 days and the property is absolutely beautiful and spacious the best part was our host, he is so helpful and nice . We fell sick one time and he made us soup , also he has amazing stories to tell. Very very kind host and great stay
