Freya Guesthouse was comfortable and well situated for the tourist attractions of Reykjavik. The neighbourhood is quiet. The host is on site and easy to get ahold of. The kitchen was comfortable. The bathroom/shower was basic but good enough.

Really great location close to cafes, bars and restaurants. Really easy check in and check out. There was access to a kitchen which was really useful. We were also able to leave our bags once we had checked out.

Great location, near the centre, but still quiet without noise. Nice communication and clean bedroom and bathroom. I really recomend it :-) There was also a storage for luggage that we used, because we arrived to Reykjavík before the check-in time. There was coffe, tea, sugar etc. in the kitchen, also nice and clean.

Fantastic location! Near everywhere. The staff really takes care of guests, and I got all the check-in info a few days before coming to Reykjavik. The room was big, beautiful, and very cozy, with access to a fine kitchen annex and a clean bath. Comfortable place, definitely the first choice next time. I strongly recommend it!

The location is great. Quiet place, we were not disturbed by street noise at night. We had the opportunity to cook our own food in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi is great. The staff is very friendly. We get answers and valuable advice to our questions. After checking out, we were kindly allowed to leave our luggage until leaving for the airport.
