This property was right on a very beautiful stretch of coastline. The village was very quiet and residential. Highlight was using the bikes made available by the property and riding all around the region. I really liked the Scandi Japanese vibe of the property.

Most spacious hostel/guesthouse I ever stayed in! Very clean, great staff, and easy to get in and out of it (it has digital lock) City of Nago was excellent surprise and I would highly recommend this place to stay if exploring Nago!

The guesthouse was so cute— a traditional Japanese style house with great kitchen amenities. The location itself is gorgeous— right in between the sea and the green hills. It’s a great location if you have a car or if it’s not too hot out. It’s very walkable and right across the street from a bus stop. But we were there in late July and it was the hottest place I’ve ever been. The heat there made the heat in Kyoto and Tokyo feel like nothing. So if you are coming in July or August, don’t plan to do much walking. There is a local taxi company that you can call, but apps like Didi and Go won’t work there. The nearest beach where you can swim is 10km away. The hosts were incredible. So friendly and helpful. Their English is limited but that didn’t stop them from being very communicative and helpful.
