Guest Houses in Shimanto-cho

Exceptional in every sense! I loved my stay. The host is the nicest owner you could ever meet, so friendly, so willing to help and a good linguist too. I cannot thank him enough for the kind welcome and advice on where to cycle next. The house is much bigger than the photos show with really cool lounging about spaces all over! Much love and care has gone into making the place feel fun and comfortable. Stay as many nights as you can! The local restaurants are excellent and there’s a local supermarket and plenty of sake!

Perhaps the best experience I ever had with any kind of accommodation. The house is cozy and clean and the owner is among the kindest men you will ever meet.

Good ocean view from a Japanese traditional style room with deep silence in the night. Kind staff. I will come back here again and hopefully would stay longer!
