Spacious comfortable room with separate entrance. Large bathroom with shower. Beautiful scenery if a little remote ( not a criticism, just something to be aware of) Walking opportunities straight from door. The weather wasn’t kind to us but we did get one morning when we were able to do the tea experience. The best part for me was the food - they prepared some wonderful gluten free Sri Lankan meals for me which was the best food I had in our 3 week trip. Dave is very engaging and we enjoyed our chats with him.

Sarath and his wife Deepthi are the most delightful hosts. We had a wonderful time staying in their beautiful home in the jungle. We had a steam massage (highly recommended) and Sarath took us for walks around his spice plantation. It’s a beautiful place to unwind and chill, and you are looked after so well. Deepthi’s cooking is amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful old colonial house in an amazing setting, but what was so special was the warmth of the staff. The food was some of the best I had in Sri Lanka. It's a pity that I live on the other side of the world....otherwise we would be frequent visitors at this hotel.

It was lovely to stay here. Location of house is perfect and whole house is amazing and very clean. I got really good sleep there, so peaceful neighborhood and silent room. Hosts are very warm-hearted and helpful people. Be aware: you might want to extend your staying. ;)

This Villa is a wonderful place, hidden from the busy city of Kandy but just 15’ by tuk tuk to the lake and the Tooth temple The room is huge, clean and nicely decorated…the owner is the artist :) Bathroom is perfect with hot water There is a garden in front of the room very quiet. The family is very attentive and kind, hard workers to make you comfortable. Thanks again to Chloe for her wonderful smile 🥰
