Awesome stay in Fes. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even did my laundry! Rooms were the perfect size and the AC worked well. Breakfast was generously portioned. Location is great, down a quiet alley away from a busy street and not a far walk to the Medina. Some nice restaurants nearby also.

Riad Old City Palace will no doubt soon become the gem of Fes. The staff are kind, dedicated, and hospitable. The facilities are so beautiful - full of details and beauty to wonder at, from the floor to the walls and arches and decorative stained glass in the windows of the bedrooms. The food was very good and they also helped us get takeout when we wanted. Highly recommend for couples and families alike. My daughters loved the facilities and did not want to leave. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great location to explore the city, but in a very calm street, so you can escape the hassle of the streets for a minute. The room was clean and the details of the room are just great, the bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was very tasty! Highly recommend.

Crew were so nice people they really helped us. First of all, they offered us traditional tea and then present the city with a map. We mention about we have so limited time and they give us some hints that we can do in this limited time. Also we were 4 person as a group and we did our reservation as 1 big and 2 single bed by mistake. Mr.Bilal turn it as 4 single bed and it was very good for us. Also when we said that we should leave early, Mr.Bilal prepare us take away breakfast and it was so good. We are really thankful for it. Thank you for your warm hospitality. Highly recommended. Special thanks to Mr.Bilal and Mr.Ahmed. I’ll definitely stay here again if come to Morocco 🇲🇦

The hosts were absolutely incredible. The hosts were easy to contact, spoke excellent English and walked us into the Medina. The location is phenomenal, right in the heart of the Medina. Staff always present, made us feel safe. Staff offered maps, directions, recommendations, and heaps of tea and cookies. Staff consistently offered assistance if we felt lost or overwhelmed in the Medina, offered to come and guide us back if we were lost. Included breakfast was delicious! Beautiful architecture, and rooftop patio with a lovely view. Wifi worked well, hot water in shower with great water pressure, towels and soap included! Can see that constant maintenance is in progress to upkeep. Would absolutely recommend!
