Excellent blackout curtains, kept the early morning sun out of the room and allowed for a wonderful, peaceful sleep. The quiet location in the valley made this a superb and peaceful place for a really central and convenient place to stay. Central to St Julians, a few minutes from all the buses, main supermarket and food court across the road, local restaurants and the sea. This is a quiet and perfect gem hidden from the main parade, a perfect retreat.

The hotel was located in the heart of St Julian party area, of course from time to time we could hear some party noise but it was bearable, we stayed there for 4 nights. The staff was super friendly, breakfast had nice variety of meals, our room had balcony with sea view and beds were comfortable. There was also a housekeeping service provided on a daily basis. Perfect price, too. Highly recommended.

I had a nice big double room with a private bathroom and a small balcony. The family that runs the guesthouse is really welcoming and friendly, told me how to get around the isle, gave me a map, pointed out places of interest. The breakfast is delicious. As I had to leave very early in the morning, they left me a little breakfast pack in my room. Although the area (St. Julians) is busy and has nightlife, the accommodation is a bit secluded, quiet, but only 100-150 m away from the bus station. Room cleaning service available on request, just by hanging a "Please clean my room" sign on the door knob, so no unwanted bother.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience! The location is fantastic—just a short 5-minute walk to Spinola Bay, where you can enjoy stunning views and a lovely atmosphere. Additionally, a grocery store is conveniently located just 3 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on essentials or grab a quick snack. The cleanliness of the place was truly impressive. Everything was spotless, which made me feel right at home. You can tell that the hosts take great care in maintaining the property. What really stood out to me was the host's availability. They were always just a message away and eager to assist with any questions or concerns I had throughout my stay. This level of support really enhanced my experience. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay!

We loved this hotel. Locality, so close to 'walking only' areas of Valletta and where ferries leave for Gozo & Comino. Staff (especially Vlado and Max) incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions on important historical sites to see. Breakfast is all home baked on site and was superb.

We have received the deluxe rooftop apartment with two rooms and partial overview of the promenade. Very clean and spacious. The location is excellent, quiet and yet 50 meters from the promenade. The staff is helpful,polite and welcoming. Great value for money.
