A nice quiet guest house. I liked free coffee and eggs. The dorm has curtains which is super. It's not crowded.

Fantastic location for jomtien. Good size room with soi view balcony. Ideal to use as a base for a few days or longer. Restaurant and breakfast very nice. Friendly staff. 24 x 7 access. Overall, it was a very nice and pleasant stay.

It is a grill and bar with rooms above. The area has a long beach plenty of breakfast and eating options, plus night market food nearby, you can eat in the restaurant after11am. It is on the main baht bus route into Pattaya with great shopping malls, and good cinemas. The staff are excellent, friendly, smiling and courteous. You could not ask for more. Cocktails and drinks in the afternoon overlooking the Beach, wonderful. We will definately stay here again on our next visit.

A convenient 5-minute stroll to Jomtien beach, Sunny Beach Residence is a 15-minute drive to Bali Hai Pier. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Very good hotel , in a perfect location, few meters from the beach, rooms are very clean with balcony, owners and stuff are very friendly , best value of money place in Pattaya , I fully recommend it !

Very friendly reception, my room was super comfortable and spacious (The bed was far better than any hotel I have stayed in so far in Thailand!). Also met the owner who was exteremly accomodating and also owns a bar just a few meters away on the same street with some wonderful bar staff and some stiff pool competition. All in all, I would totally stay here again in the future.
