A recently renovated apartment situated in Perth, Beach Guesthouse! features a garden. The property has garden and quiet street views, and is 1.6 km from Sorrento Beach. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The place was very comfortable and in a mint location. The hosts were also super lovely. Large supermarket around the corner (walking distance) Victoria Park nearby. Best place in Perth! And finaly, very nice host.

The property is around 46 km from Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, 47 km from WACA and 48 km from Perth Concert Hall. The property is non-smoking and is located 41 km from Claremont Showground. Was very private. The enclosed under cover outdoor kitchen area was brilliant. The private pool use and area was so relaxing. Everything you needed for a short or long stay was there. Van was friendly and accommodating and any if there was an issue he would resolve it straight away. We have already re booked.

Extremely clean , and we loved the breakfast set up which was a lovely clean and well stocked kitchen with self serve bread for toast, cereals, yogurts and granola, fruit, juices, coffee, and teas. Large bathroom with a great jet tub as well as shower . We were able to check in slightly early which was nice. We would definitely stay here again!
