The property is well maintained, the rooms are neat and clean and the staff is incredibly attentive. The manager called me even after reception hours to fix an issue I had messaged about, super helpful! The booking, messages and other communication was super smooth, as was check in and check out. I’d love to come back here one day, if only for the amazing breakfast. Possibly the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, definitely the best on this trip. The view from the restaurant and especially the terrace lifted the whole experience to another level. Would 100% recommend to stay here. Celine and the team are the best! 🤍

At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and high tea and specialises in local cuisine. I LOVED everything! Theo and Beatrice have been the best hosts..Their place was spotless with the best views..They perfected my 2 weeks in this beautiful country and I now consider them my second family. Will DEFINITELY be back!

Situated in the car-free Wengen in the Jungfrau Region, Hotel Berghaus enjoys a quiet location surrounded by the Bernese Alps. The Männlichen Cable Car and the village centre are only a short walk away. Very friendly staff. Beautiful location with breathtaking views of the nearby mountains. Good sized room, very clean. I'm happy I chose to stay in this small village, it's not nearly as full as Grindelwald for example.
