The host was really good, very responsive, supportive and helpful. The property was as described and very clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay. There is a bus that goes to and from the airport that stops at the end of the road, we used this on our return to the airport to pick up a loan car, it was perfect and good value for money too.

My room was superb with all I needed and more, for my 4 night stay. The shared kitchen was well equipped with tea an coffee on offer. The location was just out of the town but with a beach and a good restaurant close by. It was not far to walk to the centre where the annual Kardamyli Jazz Festival was held.

Situated in Marathopolis and only 500 metres from Vromoneri Beach, Aelia Home Suites features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. With mountain views, this accommodation provides a terrace and a swimming pool. This 4-star guest house offers private entrance. The large balcony/patio was refreshing with comfortable chairs and table; we had an end unit with total privacy and handy to the car right outside. The setting was at the end of a long private driveway with lovely landscaping and total quiet. It was super clean with modern fixtures and the staff greeted us pleasantly and brought us glasses of fruit juice. The shower and wifi were excellent, as were the easy-to-use bedside lamps and tables. Staff recommended an excellent close-by taverna.

The property is non-smoking and is set 40 km from Municipal Railway Park of Kalamata. The studio apartment was modern, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, with excellent wifi, connected to the owner's house, with a pool in front of the apartment, and access to the roof for viewing the sunsets over the sea. The owner, Jim, met us and was wonderful, giving us instructions about the studio and also answering all the questions we had about the area, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets. Although the studio is adjacent to Jim's house, we did not see him throughout our stay, other than when we had questions for him. He made a point of giving us complete privacy. The location of the studio is in the hills, 15 minutes above Kardamyli and Stoupa, the beach towns with restaurants and supermarkets. It is ideal for those who want to be near the tourist areas but prefer the quiet and nature of the hills. The studio is conveniently located near the Viros Gorge, and we spent half a day hiking there. It is also a 4-minute walk to the local Panorama Taverna, which is open throughout the day.

Afrodite the owner was very polite & friendly. The location is in a typical Greek village in Kambos Avias,Messinia in the Peloponnese. The room was basic, but with an ensuite shower room, air-conditioning & with a cute garden. Where there were olive trees. There was even a view of the mountain Taygetos. And at the same time, it's only 20 minute drive by car to beautiful beaches, such as Kitries,Satova, Akroyali & many more... It was such a wonderful experience. Having the feeling of living in a traditional Greek village. The olive trees,the fig trees, old stone village houses, local schools & churches. Everything is nearby, at walking distance. There are lovely coffees shops,a cake shop,little shops , tavernas,a butcher, supermarket, bakery, chemist & village doctor etc. The people were very welcoming & made us feel at home..As one old lady, gave us figs & eggs. We went only to Kardamili. But next time we plan to stay longer & explore Stoupa beach, Ayios Nikolaos, Vathia, Oitilo . Thank you Afrodite , we will be back again..
