The units will provide guests with a fridge. I'm so glad for the ferry strike because if not we wouldn't have known about this accommodation. It was so charming and nicely decorated. There is a beautiful terrace at the roof of the building with sea view where we were served coffee and biscuits. The hosts are wonderful. It's right in the city center around restaurants, shops, 5 min walk from the port. Definitely will be staying here when we go back to Syros.

Neorion Shipyards is 800 metres from the guest house, while Miaouli Square is 300 metres from the property. Syros Island National Airport is 3 km away. The location is superb, close to all services but in a quiet area; the hotel itself is in a renovated neo-classical building with lovely high ceilings and beautifully tiled floors. The rooms are spacious and luminous, the beds equipped with mattresses that are very comfortable, with good support but a soft feel. I really liked the furnishings, which were simple in traditional Greek style. There is a nice wardrobe, a desk, and a bedside table providing drawer space. The bathrooms are new and roomy, with a generously-sized shower stall and good water pressure coming from the shower nozzle. I didn't hear any noise from the room next door.

The units include a private bathroom, slippers and bed linen. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Beaches, taxi driver and restaurant recommendations all great. The roof top courtyard was lovely, unfortunately it was too windy to sit out comfortably most days we were there. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town.
