Our room was spacious & clean. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Breakfast is very good, both savoury and sweet. Will definatly stay here again when in Naples. The hotel itself seems to have some sort of partnership with a larger hotel on the other side of the building for it's management and so they give out the key and kind of manage the coming and going of guests which is interesting...no issues at all, all smooth. Excellent location for both the historic centre and the quayside for the ferries. Lots of restaurants close by and main shopping street just a minute away. Host and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The decoration is very modern and elegant, the room is big with great natural light. Everything was very clean and organised. Stephania is one of the best hosts we have ever met. She welcomed us with some cold beverages and homemade snacks and gave us great recommendations of restaurants and places to visit.

The property has a very nice room where they serve coffee and pastries in the morning, and they all have a fridge with water, sodas and other drinks one can purchase during the stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, very attentive and took care of all our requests. Location is very convenient, right in the center of the city, next to a subway station, and although our room was overlooking the main road, the windows were thick enough to block out most of the traffic noise.
