I was a little worried about the shared bathroom, but the building has 3 floors, and on each floor there is a bathroom with a hot shower, toilet and sink! Thanks to the owner, he has a kind heart! In general, the price-quality ratio is super, I recommend it to everyone :)

Very clean and modern. Rooms have Air conditioning and fan. Please note that you do need to walk up a staircase to access the rooms.
