The host was so accomadating and did all he could to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect to quickly pop into Ayvalik and be amongst many shops and restaurants. Would recommend!

Oleg, the owner, was incredibly friendly, chatty, and a genuinely intellectual person, which made for some great conversations. The guest house had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, organized, and clearly well-cared-for, which added to the comfort of my stay. The breakfast was truly exceptional, with attention to every detail. I couldn’t ask for a better experience – it’s an easy 10/10!

The place was very comfortable and welcoming, but what really stood out to me was how kind and helpful the owners were. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. This guesthouse is the perfect base for exploring Priene and Milet, possibly also Didyma (the latter is not an attractive town to stay, so it's worth the drive back to Bahab). The property is a short drive up from the main road through the village (over spiky heritage cobblestones). The room was beautifully furnished, very comfortable bed, good bathroom. Easy parking on the premises. There is an idyllic garden, and it's super quiet (no music, juhu!). Very good breakfast. The host (fluent English speaker) was super helpful: on a Monday, the two restaurants just minutes away were closed, so he drove me to and from a restaurant in the village as I was not keen to brave the cobblestones again in my small hire car. I am still grateful.

Beautifully located in a quiet green courtyard, Nilya - which is more a family residence than a hotel - has traditionally adorned rooms, with impeccable bathrooms and AC. In plus, not having TV sets in the guests' cool (in every sense of the word) rooms, one can enjoy, after a busy hot day out, complete relaxation and a perfect night rest. The breakfast, served in the garden, was delicious, with fresh fruit and vegetables every day - and the portions were huge. The owner, who speaks English fluently, was extremely nice and helpful, even taking us to Ephesus in his own car - and for free! Thanks again for everything and good luck!

This place is 100 percent suit my expectations. Loved the garden, the clean and chic room. The amenities in the room is great. They provide hair straighteners that my daughter loved. The rooms are spotless. The staf (gül) is so niceeee. She warmly welcome us. She even prepared us light breakfast the first day we come. My daughters love the fig tree in the garden. They let us picked the ripe fig. The breakfast is delicious. The coffee and tea is perfect. The location is very near of the center of alacati but remain quite.
