Beside the location, the owner was really helpful, both when it comes to carrying up heavy luggage but also free water every day and fruit on our long busride. Always helpful. The location is about a 15-minute motorbike ride from the center. The host was amazing — super helpful and always made sure I felt at home. She also recommended some great local spots in Hanoi.
