Very tidy and lovely property, equipped with everything we needed, and the location was great for our needs. Also, close to supermarket which was handy, and within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Joe is a great host and there if you need him. He maintained regular contact with us during our stay. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable. All exceptionally clean. Sheets and pillows had nice clean feel and fragrance. There is plenty of space for storage. Every room has an air conditioner. Phuong is an exceptional host. She genuinely cares for her guests and tends to their every need. Great value for money. I would recommend this place to those who are looking for long term stay. Tip: Phuong is a great cook. If you are into Vietnamese food, you may want to arrange meals.

There was a gorgeous view of the harbour that took up the whole wall of the bedroom, and a beautifully clean and comfortable bed. The ensuite was immaculate and had everything you need. The conference I was there for meant I was very late to check in, but I stayed in touch and the host was so graciously understanding. She was warm and welcoming and then gave all the privacy one would need. I would love to come stay again for longer!

The owner was really nice,and the room had everything we needed,including towels,shampoo and body wash.We used the kitchen every dayand the the most important thing was the bed-we slept really well.The location was great,too,as it was in the free tram zone and convenient for the CBD.Around had woolworth and Asia shop.Everything about it was perfect.

We had a perfect stay at the house! We chose this place to spend our first week in Australia, and it was such a great decision. Aggie is an amazing host – she helped us with so many things, and her son Michael is such a smart and well-behaved little guy. The house was super clean, the room was really comfortable, and having access to the kitchen and washing machine was a huge plus. Also, it is a very great location. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
