Loved this stay - the room is very cosy with beautiful mountain views. You can see Mountain Views from the bed - a joy to wake up in. There is a little balcony as well. The bed was comfy and the bathroom and kitchen facilities were great. The hosts were very nice and helpful. They have a big dog that some people might be frightened of at first but it was very sweet and didn’t bark at all. The steps up to the room were slippery when wet - use the handrail. Some grip should really be added. No washing machine.

Hosts were very hospitable, they even helped us organize our trip around Georgia and were very welcoming and sweet. House has perfect location with a good view on a city. We had an amazing stay — the guesthouse was clean, cozy, and the service was excellent. Definitely great value for money!

Pleasant accommodation in large room with small private bathroom inside, well heated; at disposal a kitchen very well equipped. All in a beautiful context, very clean and tidy, there is also a large panoramic terrace. The host is really welcoming and thoughtful, available for any information and need. The location is great! Amazing view! Green everywhere around! Excelent place for resting! The owners, Valeriy and Ina, are very friendly! We had 9 wonderful days there. If we ever come back to Borjomi, we certainly will stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Nino is so nice, she speaks quite good English and she always helps out if you need anything! We also did a 4 days hike in the Nationalpark and we could leave some of our luggage at their place, which was really friendly!! There is kitchen to cook, a nice sitting area outside and even a balcony with a nice view! Thanks again for this special stay!
