Itaru San was a great host. His cooking is really delicious, and he is very generous with the portions. He made us feel really welcome!

Our homestay with Itaru was an incredible experience. It's no small thing to say that the meals he prepared for us were our favorite in all Japan, but it's true! As guests, we appreciated his being a helpful guide in navigating the rich surrounding area and were so appreciative of being able to see the beautiful countryside. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic experience of Mt. Fuji and Japanese cuisine!
