What a beautiful, traditional Japanese home with the most wonderful host, Hiro-san. He was so communicative before and during our stay, so accommodating with a great sense of humour. He went out of his way to take us to and from the stations, to dinner, etc. Special shoutout to Hiro-san’s gorgeous and gentle doggy companion, Marie-chan. And oh my gosh, the lovely bath prepared for us every evening!! If we are ever in the area, we will go out our way to stay here again. Thank you Hiro-san.

The owner was such a lovely person, she went through the sightseeing of Nikko and showed us the house. The room was typical Japanese style with futon. She was so kind and prepared and offered a delicious breakfast, she also gave us an origami as fortune gift

I absolutely adored my stay at this place. The owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Her breakfast was plentiful and absolutely delicious. The location is conveniently close to the station. The bedroom was cozy, with a comfortable bed ensuring a restful sleep. Everything about the experience was just perfect! Not far from Tobu Nikko station. House owner, Mr. Yoshi, is pretty helpful. He provided good suggestions and recommended some nice restaurants. And Mr. Yoshi got his own photo studio in the house, in which he took several awesome pictures for us! For those who want to cook themselves, it's convenient to stay here. Supermarket is only 3-min walk from the house, and the kitchen has everything you need! (Even a Vitamix blender!) Though no breakfast is included, there are free mini donuts, tea bags and bananas offered all day long.

Kazumichi Fujita San and his family are great hosts. They are very friendly and helpful. Fujita San gave us some hot packs for our sightseeing because the weather had turned cold that day. Night before our checkout, Fujita San also offered to drive us to the station. But we didn't want to trouble them, because knowing they were busy with managing their business. On check out day, we walked to the station. Fujita was on his way back to the hotel. He spotted us on the roadside and insisted on sending us to the station. He told us that his sister texted him that we had just left the hotel. We were surprised that they even packed japanese souvenir snacks for our checkout. We felt so blessed to stay in this hotel with such hospitality. It would be wonderful if we could communicate in japanese to express our gratitude and thankfulness for such such a great stay.
