Very clean and modern place! Location is close to the Beach. We stayed here for 4 nights. You won’t find any better. That been said, the owners of the place are also very very kind! In conclusion: everything is Great :)

Very clean and comfortable. The location is great if you’re arriving by train or bus, just a few meters from the stations and also super close to the beach and many restaurants and markets. The host is super friendly and helpful with everything you need, although he is not in the accommodation he’s always checking in via what’s app to make sure everything’s ok and we have everything we need. We couldn’t ask for anything more to be honest.

The place is a bit more pricy but had very modern, clean and spacious rooms - the best we had on our whole Sri Lanka trip. The place is close to Hikkaduwa beach but is located in a quiet side street. From there you can walk to all the restaurants and bars. The people who manage the place are very friendly and open. If you have any wish dont hesitate to ask - they will figure out a way.
