My stay at the apartment was exceptional, largely due to its impeccable cleanliness and the warm hospitality of the owners. From the moment we walked in, the spotless condition of the space put me at ease. Everything was perfectly organized and maintained, making the apartment incredibly comfortable to stay at. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the welcoming nature of the owners. They greeted us with a warm smile, took the time to show us around, and were always available if we had any questions. Their thoughtfulness and care added a personal touch, making us feel at home from the very beginning. It was truly a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay.

Ahmed and his team did everything to make our stay at El Patio Courtyard an amazing experience. Ahmed organised several taxis and a tour guide for us and was extremely helpful. He is fluent in several languages and overall extremely professional. The breakfast staff was lovely and put a lot of effort into preparing fresh meals. The Riad itself is gorgeous. I can highly recommend it.

The staff are kind, helpful, and always available they really make you feel at home .The energy and vibes are amazing, everything was perfect. The atmosphere is great, and the location is calm yet close to the city center, with easy access to everything. There’s already a plug-in mosquito device, but adding removable mosquito nets would be a perfect solution for the next summer season. The photos don’t do this place justice ,and don’t show haw great the vibes, you have to visit to truly feel how good the energy is there 🥰

Dar Kenza is an authentic tunisian style place where you can meet very friendly,polite and helpful owners. We really liked the home made breakfast ,especially the sweets. Dar Kenza is the perfect choice-value for money - for exploring the Tunis Medina and the city center. We are sorry that we did not have too much time to spend with the friendly owners. They are very nice people .

Mr. Fawaz offered me a bottle of fresh water considering my late flight arrival unable to access nearby supermarket. He talked with the taxi driver able to reach the property address correctly and guided me around.

The staff, the location, the design, the quality of everything was exceptional. The service level and professionalism of Sana and her team as in Ons, Jihen and all the other staff is one of the highest we have experienced. And the little special gestures and nuances made it even more special such as arranging a surprise birthday cake for my partner as well as gifting her a book which she enjoyed during our stay just topped it all. Thanks to all at Maison Dedine, look forward to seeing you all again soon Will definitely be visiting again soon.

The place was very well taken care of. They have helped my mother in many ways, which made me feel very comfortable. It had a nice garden with a pool. Which is a plus. Especially for this price! We're defenitely booking here again.

The beach is in front of the property. I loved the environment, the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and tidy. Everything was very charming. I really enjoy my stay :)
