Upon arrival my hostess was quick to come and meet me outside making me feel very welcome. My room was very spacious with room to spread out my large suitcase on the extra bed. A full spread for tea and coffee was set in my room including biscuits and proper tea cups & saucers. There was milk (not artificial whitener) for my tea in a fridge that we could also use for our food. The bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows as well as all the linens and towels were great quality. The common spaces were modern and comfortable. And the hostess checked in before I went to bed. Great location to a lovely beach I wish I had booked this property for more than one night.

It's surrounded by peace, quiet, and nature; from the window you can see classic Irish landscapes with sheep grazing on the slopes in the surrounding area. Here you can have a good rest from the hustle and bustle of the city, but if you want to drink a pint of Guinness and listen to live music in the evening, the centre of Clifden is a three-minute drive away. Our room was clean and spacious, a handy bonus was that we had an en-suite bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and made "just like at home". We had the opportunity to tell about our desired breakfast time in advance, as well as our preferences. But a special delight for us was getting to know the owner of the house and his sister, with whom we felt not like Airbnb guests but rather like we were on a vacation at a distant relative's house. This 4-star guest house offers a garden. Guests can make use of outdoor furniture if they wish to dine or sit outside. It's a perfect place to stay. The bathroom was huge and the bed was super cosy. We had a wonderful time there.

The breakfast is perfect, full of everything. The rooms are quite. About 30 minutes from Galway. A perfect stay for my trip.

Very comfortable room. Well equipped. Everything worked. Excellent internet. Digital TV was a nice bonus. Wonderful breakfast. Host was very helpful and welcoming.
