I was worried about rain in the morning but got lucky so had an excellent hike up. Breakfast was amazing and the host super kind and helpful: arranged my transport to Kandy directly with them.

The hotel is set in the jungle, with charming independent houses that are very comfortable. Everything was spotless—pristine clean bedspreads, soft white towels, hot water, air conditioning, and satellite TV made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure a great experience. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared, with a choice of continental, Sri Lankan, or English breakfast, as well as excellent lunch and dinner options. What makes this place even more special is that they only opened in December last year, and the owner is committed to giving young people opportunities for good jobs and a better future. I truly admire this initiative and wish them all the success. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay in nature!

She was so kind and helpful, helped us organize an elephant safari for the morning which was also amazing. They cooked us a delicious dinner and breakfast the following morning. The accommodation is small but perfectly sufficient. It is located in beautiful nature, where you wake up to the sound of peacocks and other birds. The surroundings are stunning, and the breakfast area is lovely. We recommend trying their traditional sweet Sri Lankan breakfast. It is definitely ideal for a family with children. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the city. The owner is great and helpful; he offered tuk-tuk rides to and from the city and also assisted with getting on the bus to Kandy.
