Really nice, super clean and well setup facility and best of all super central. The hostel is quite new, the staff is super nice, the cleaning staff and the kitchen staff always have a smile for you. They make great lunch boxes for your bfast, there was plenty of food that I ended up saving for my lunch. I totally recommend this hostel!

I totally enjoyed my stay here! Hosts are great and hospitable, always ready to help and chat. The property is of great comfort and quality, freshly renovated, has everything you need. My bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave it in the morning :D Nice terrace where you can relax or work.

The room was perfect for our family of four. The room is huge with tall ceilings. We had plenty of room to spread out! There's big windows for lots of natural light. The beds and pillows are very comfy and I liked the nice sheets and duvet covers. In the room there is a table and chairs too. A fan, blow dryer, and iron is all available to use if needed (from common are) The shower was great and the bathroom had everything you needed. Towels and soap was in the room which was nice. We slept really well here and really enjoyed the comfort of the room. I'm addition, the owner is super kind and made us feel like we were at home. We really appreciated that and our kids also loved the place. We enjoyed having a shared kitchen to use as well as access to a wash machine and a drying rack outside our room. The location is perfect a few minutes walk and there's a supermarket, lots of restaurants, and a bus stop to go into the center. We walking to Mother Armenia by foot which was 30 minutes then to the Cascade, but we love to walk 😆 All the other guests were super polite and quiet and it made it very relaxing to stay.

All of the comments about the hospitality of the hosts are on point. Truly delightful humans. Very little English but with google translate and a jolly attitude there was easy communication. Property is meticulously cared for and quite comfortable. Extended my stay for total of a week and will happily return when next in Yerevan.
