I loved that breakfast and dinner were including. There was an assortment of cereals, yogurts and pancakes for breakfast. Dinner was satisfying and portions are generou Coffee, hot chocolate and tea are always readily available. There was also a lot of privacy for each bunk which is often not the case for most hostels. I am very sensitive to noise when I'm sleeping so I brought ear plugs but honestly didn't need them.

The place was reasonably clean and hygienic. Facilities were reasonable. Location is excellent. Receptionist was strict but friendly.

The famous Surfers Paradise Beach is just a 5-minute walk away when you stay at Maxmee Resort. The hostel offers free WiFi, a tennis court and an outdoor pool.

Choosing Maxmee to host me was one of the best choices of my trip! I was very well received at reception, the entire team is excellent in their service! I was delighted with the organization of the room, the kitchen and in general, I also had a lot of fun with the people at the hostel!
