I had a big issue, but the host was so lovely to solve it straight away, even tho it was late at night. Very friendly and helpful staff! The bed, the duvet and the pillow were very soft and nice smelling. I was floating while asleep. The building is old, but the place is very clean. Also man has some privacy, even in a dorm, thanks to the curtains, surrounding the beds. There is a light in bed and two sockets which was perfect for me to charge phone and power bank at the same time. The location is at the very top center! Everything needed nearby. Many sightseeings in the near and all around public stops, incl the metro station. Will def book again by my next stay in Sofia. Thanks a lot for your hospitality and trust!
