Absolutely the best choice for visiting National Park Helpful staff,they can speak fluent English and help us arrange everything well,tickets,tour plan,food,car,that let our trip so easy.Really really convenient for foreigners. Big room and soft bed,high speed wifi data,they have clean towel,soap,shampoo,slipper. Great location close to the east entrance of national park,here is the center,so easy to living. We also can try different tea and got tea culture,the also offer good coffee at 15RMB without cup limitation. Generally,he created a very relaxed and family like atmosphere.

Location is PERFECT. Amazing host. They really made my day every day and helped me a lot. They try to pair people if they're doing the same activity at the same time which helped everyone to feel included. Great free breakfast !

It is located a 5-minute walk from the entrance to the Park. A 10-minute walk from the bus station. There are many cafes, restaurants, shops nearby. A cozy room with everything you need. The brilliant of hotel is Ralph! He is the best in Wulingyuan and Zhanggjiajie! His English is perfect (which is almost not found anywhere else in today's China). We booked all our trip tickets with discounts, Ralph told us everything in detail, put them on the shelves, and painted all the routes. He helped us solve many other issues. Thank you very much!

Staffs were super helpful, shout out to Dewy and An who helped me a lot in this trip. They answer my endless questions with ease and booked lots of attractions with discounted price! I met many friends from this hostel and we had a dinner two nights in a row. Hostel is so close to the East Gate and restaurants. Across the hostel, there's breakfast place and supermarket that sells some breads. It really felt like home away from home.
