I really enjoyed my stay! I booked a dormitory room which apparently means several capsules separated by walls. I even had a door that I could lock instead of the usual curtain that you could except for other capsule hotels. The crew was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was light and delicious, and it is close to a train station/buses. Overall this is a really fine establishment.

The hostel is really taken care of, especially for the design and people that are working there! I liked all the details of the place and their café where to have breakfast.

Amazing place , the owner is so sweet and nice , she help a lot for you few day in fujiyoshida!! Probably the best hostel in all my trip in Japan !! ❤️ the place is a perfect location for the activities for see the Mount Fuji!!

The atmosphere is so great, everything made me felt like home even i was far way from hotel. The share area and bathroom are so clean. The view from my room was even stunning- Mt Fuji😁 Boss was so nice- allowed us for early checking in after coming back from hiking and no extra charge for luggage storage. Would recommend for people who plans for hiking but likes to stay in a more quiet place (two stations away from Kawaguchiko). Remember to spend little for the Mt Fuji view at the train station, it was breath-taking!

The hostel was great. It had a very nice common areas, free rental bikes that were alright, the family room was very spacious and nice. And the view of Mt Fuji from the roof was amazing! The hostel isn't located centrally for lake Kawaguchi, however it was only a relatively short bike ride away (around 4.5 km), that wasn't too hilly and definitely possible for most people.

Plumhostel is set in Odawara, 1.4 km from Miyukinohama Beach and 6.7 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station.
