The dorm beds were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They had a nice setup inside to charge and keep your stuff or hang clothes. The sofa area outside the beds was also quite spacious to just sit and chill. It was smack in the middle of Chinatown and about a 5-10m walk from two stations. From Motomachi stations you can get direct trains to Shibuya, Ikebukuro areas on the Minatomirai+Tokyu+Fukutoshin line. Very convenient to reach places in Tokyo without a transfer.

The hotel is very close to China town. The staff is so kind, the breakfast was the best, some toast breads with different mermelade, a bolied egg and a drink of your preference (tea, juice or coffe). My friends and I booked a regular room and a futon bed room, we didn't know how was it like but the futon bed was really comfortable! The rooms have air conditioner/heater. Toilets, showers and a kitchen are shared with the other guests. The hotel is the 4th floor of a building (if I remember well) and the 1st floor of the bulding (Not the hotel) smells a bit like smoke, but the floor of the hotel is allrigth. I think for the price is very good, and definetly cheaper than staying in Tokyo for example.
